 We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. While same-day appointments aren't guaranteed, we often have next-day availability depending on your location and the service needed.

Question 3: Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Contact us by phone or email and we’ll adjust your appointment without penalty.

Question 4: Do you provide free estimates?

 Yes. Most services include a free, no-obligation estimate before any work is performed. For jobs that require in-person assessment (like roofing or cleanouts), we may schedule a quick walk-through.

Question 5: How much do your services cost?

 Each service has a general starting price listed on our website. Final pricing depends on factors like square footage, condition, and scope of work. We always provide a quote before starting.

We currently serve Cleveland County, Rutherford County, and Lincoln County in North Carolina. If you’re just outside these areas, reach out—we may be able to help.

No. As long as you're within our listed service areas, there are no additional travel or trip fees.
